We provide our customers a searchable directory with lawyer profiles where users can browse / search for a lawyer based on their: (1) - Specialty: Immigration, Criminal, Civil, etc. (2) - Rate: hourly fees, consultation fees, and/or any flat fee services (3) - Qualifications: how many years experience, where they went to school, etc. (4) - Review: how many people have rated this lawyer highly Additionally, LDL will allow users to connect with lawyers through the following means: (1) - Calling an attorney directly (2) - Asking an attorney a question (3) - Scheduling an appointment (Note: this feature may not be available on launch) (4) - Calling our hotline (5) - Submitting a question online (not directly to an attorney) After submitting a question to the group, we will find an attorney who feels he/she can help answer this question
Simple, professional (but welcoming), & UX-focused. Colors: we are undecided. In our mockup (slide 8), we used purple and orange as the main colors for our homepage. However, we also wanted see how blue and orange looked, as purple may not come off as professional. Hence, we are not set on a particular color scheme yet and open to experimentation. Typography: we found that the font Montserrat in small caps embodied the professionalism we are trying to communicate in the header. See slide 8 to see our mockup of the homepage which may provide additional context. You can also view the mockup at http://lineadelegal.webflow.com/ .

Similar in feature-set to Lawdingo. Please see Slides 4-8 for more information and mockups. It should also have a section for Press and a section for Questions Being Asked Now, which will display recently answered questions by category and 2-3 lines of the answer that was given by a lawyer. Please see Slide 6 for more information. _____________________________________________________________ (2) - Lawyer Directory - (Slides 9-11) The lawyer directory should allow users to browse / search for lawyers that meet their criteria, and allow you to communicate with them, and also view their profile. Please see slides 9-11 for more information and mockups. _____________________________________________________________ (3) - Lawyer Profile - (Slide 17) The lawyer profile has the same goal as Lawdingo's, but we don't like their design and also want to include a section that displays questions that the lawyer has answered to give the user a better feel for the lawyer and the quality of service that he/she provides. The lawyer directory should display information about the lawyer: 1. practice areas and locations 2. whether they give free consultations and for how long 3. their hourly rate 4. a photograph It should provide ways to communicate with the lawyer: 1. Asking a question 2. Scheduling a call It should provide a section that shows different questions that the lawyer has answered and the categories. See slide 17.
What to avoid
Please do not sacrifice UX for design.
We briefly submitted a contest without an attachment (our powerpoint deck wasn't supported) so we are resubmitting the contest with a link to our deck instead: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1wOtVDt6XTWy7z-y9s58Tv9Va5UwO7Bd1DFEpgKkItB0/edit?usp=sharing We are committed to this project. Thank you for your time.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Jacob..... collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
