We are part of an association called GCCA (globalcleantech.org). GCCA has provided us with the website's code, template, theme, and style. The theme is about networking and connections. The style and template can be found in the Design Guidelines in the attachment, or seen on our partner's existing websites (see "Inspiration Websites"). We cannot change the template, and designs must follow these requirements.
Because all companies under GCCA must follow the same theme and template, our biggest concern is "looking like everyone else." It is IMPORTANT that we set ourselves apart. In addition to the "networking/connection" theme, we would prefer designs that include other themes, such as:
1. Shanghai (where we are based, ideas include the Shanghai skyline, the Bund, Shikumen architecture, etc.) or China (the Great Wall, stone lines, Chinese inventions, etc.) No dragons, please. Images must look modern, not ancient/dilapidated, since we work with high-tech companies.
2. Clean/environmental (renewable energy, energy efficiency, electric cars, recycling/upcycling, etc.)
4. Startups/entrepreneurship/general business
5. Other elements relating to our business.
A good example is our partner Yodel (http://yodel.skipsolabs.com/) The image is a photo of the Alps, which is a reference to the company's name and where it's from (Switzerland). It also followed the guidelines (white lines and simplified logos on top).
A less-good example is our partner NIA (https://www.nordicinnovationaccelerator.com/) It followed the guidelines and has a networking theme, but has no other themes to set it apart from others.
>About the mockup:
Please use the template/design guidelines directly. You do not need to include content from our existing website.
