Enhanced digital-agency website design for a better brand

Our target audience are technology and marketing executives in USA and Europe. Primarily USA.

We'd like to try to preserve the overall look, feel and layout for the design but we'd like it improved by a professional designer wherever it makes sense to do so. Probably want to create new icons and all images on the site are subject to change as well. While we say Nordic, please don't put Nordic imagery everywhere. We'd prefer if you use Nordic imagery as subtle hints here and there and not as the main element. We want to keep the font (IBM Plex Sans). Font weight should be 300 for Heading fonts. Would like to keep the main brand colors (dark-blue, white and cyan) but not set in stone. PLEASE do not use the cyan color (the logo arrow cyan) anywhere unless is a subtle highlight. I'm not a designer an even I know it won't work... Otherwise open to ideas.

Our main goal is to get more leads through our contact form and increase our brand quality through excellent design. Simple as that. No need to provide any css/html or anything like that, just the design. Homepage (https://ikius.com/): we want to improve the overall design for all components on the homepage. Including design for the navbar desktop/mobile/dropdowns, footer and global message banner on the top. Work main page (https://ikius.com/work): overall re-design but maintain the filtering logic. Individual work page template (https://ikius.com/work/hotel-radio): Re-design all components on the page, maintain content model and structure but may be modified here and there if it makes sense. Blog main page (https://ikius.com/blog): overall re-design but maintain the filtering logic. Include a featured blog post component and a newsletter component. Individual service page template (https://ikius.com/services/jamstack): Re-design the layout and make service pages more unique to present the service in a better way. Feel free to change components, layout or even the way content is presented however we want to preserve the contact form (emphasis on this), FAQ and service list components for this template.

Images can be replaced with placeholders that fit the theme better and we will get similar images taken. Anything else that makes sense to remove may be removed.

We appreciate innovative original ideas and don't want you to copy inspirational sites directly. We'd like you to improve our existing theme /design on the website. We're not looking for a "complete makeover" but a simple enhancement to the current design. - Please use placeholders for client logos on the site... (USE PLACEHOLDER LOGOS) - No need for css/html/code. Any images except for the logo and the first image in the home page can be replaced as you see fit. We plan to change them later anyway but we would appreciate if you provide stock images with colors that fit the design so we can reference them later on. You can grab the logo from site by clicking and saving.
