Creative homepage for Seaweed Farm (illustrated preferred) bring the user underwater

We start seaweed farms around the world to create jobs, food and reduce the amount of carbon in the atmosphere. We invest in people starting seaweed farms and track everything with Web3 protocols. We target the cryptocurrency industry and operate as a Decentralize Autonomous Organizations.

We want the website to be unique. We want the banner to be "above water" and when the user scrolls, they are taking below into the ocean to see a seaweed farm. We want this to be illustrated with certain elements animated. The website should resemble a seaweed farm in the ocean with minimal animations. Very simple kelp or fish moving. Less is more.

Homepage should show how a seaweed farm looks like.

Don't use South east asian seaweed farms as example because they are too shallow of water. The seaweed farm must show deep water with kelp forrest.
