Kaazur got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Create the next website design for Spobbles.com
Check out Kaazur's Web page design contest…
Spobbles is a social network where those passionate about sports can freely connect; whether they are looking for a pickup game, to be recruited into a college team, connect with their team, or simply follow one. Everyone can join and create a free profile! The main target for Spobbles is all stakeholders of the sporting value chain; coaches and young athletes (high school through college), professional and amateur athletes, scouts, athletics directors, doctors, family members and fans: a very broad socioeconomic demographic. We aim to become a part of our users’ daily life, by becoming a full service one-stop shop for all sporting related needs: an effective and complete communications tool.
The logo provided should serve as a base for the color theme and the general theme of the website (it should be perfectly fitted in). As we have already mentioned, it's a social website for the sporting industry so the website should have a 'sporty' feel to it! Also, since the target market is so broad, it has to be a 'universal' design that communicates both to children (<13) and adults from all races, backgrounds etc. even if we're launching in the US first. It should be a fun, but professional (if needed) experience for our users.
What to avoid
Flashy colors & clutter (avoid slow loading times), nothing boring or old design. !!! Don't base yourself on the landing page we've uploaded !!!
