Event planning for 5K/10K runs, surf, paddleboard, etc events.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Looking for a t-shirt design for a 5 mile trail run series, in Orange County, California. The event takes place in Feb/March/April 2012.
I have attached the last 3 years of tshirt designs so you know what we have already done, and the logo for you to use. It will be a long sleeved hi-tech t-shirt, both men's and women's cuts. We're looking for a design that CAN work on three different colored t-shirts (or at least two t-shirts).
We'd like to use less colors than we've used before. Hopefully one color or maybe two? We like the look of a blue t-shirt with darker blue printing/gray t-shirt with darker gray printing, etc.
Attached the previous years tshirts. Looking for something different, not replicating it at all.
Not looking for a pair of sneakers on the shirt.
Definitely more simplistic.
Looking for something a little more trendy than your typical race/event t-shirt.
Nothing Ed Hardy looking please!
Not looking to have the logo be too colorful (I know there are a lot of colors to work with there - sorry about that - again 1 or 2 colors)
You do not need to use the entire logo/colors. The entire name of the event "OC Chili Winter Trail Run Series" DOES need to be used. Please include year of 2012, Book That Event logo (you can use black or white, not all the colors)
We like text/writing on sleeves or the hem/seam lines. Maybe the website of http://www.BookThatEvent.com or the name of the event, or the year?
The event tends to draw 50% men 50% female. The females are heavy in 30-45 age range. Men's ages are all over. They are almost always involved in fitness and tend to participate in a LOT of events. So therefore they have a LOT of event tshirts that have the event logo slapped on top and a million sponsor logos on the back. (we want our tshirt NOT to look like that)
I also attached a photo of a nice shirt of one of our other events. I like how simple it is, with the Project SOS logo in the bottom on the seam.
