What's your vision?
We are looking for a design for our Christmas party invitation. To celebrate our merge with the Paris office, we went with a Parisian theme for our party, so the invitations have to match! We like the idea of a "Belle Epoque" or "Art Nouveau" style of design. We want something that evokes Paris, without being too cheesy and obvious (so definitely no pictures of the Eiffel Tower!). Despite the historic theme, we are a very young company, so it would be great if the design could still be fresh and modern. Our Christmas parties are always black-tie, so the tone shouldn't be too casual either. Final invitation will be A5 size, could be landscape or portrait. We will want the design file, and also a print-ready version to hand-over to the printers. Information to be included: ZS Associates Christmas Party/Celebration Date: 02 December, 2011 Time: Reception is at 18.30 Venue: LSO St Luke's, 161 Old Street, London EC1V 9NG Dress code: Black Tie "Carriages at Midnight" just to make sure people know when the party will end. RSVP to Sarah Smith by 31 October
We've attached a photo of an architectural piece that we thought was very relevant to what we were talking about. It reminded us of Hector Guimard's style of architecture (Paris metros). Very Art Nouveau, very Paris! We thought this photo could be an inspiration or a starting point.
