We are in need of a gift certificate redesign. Our current gift certificate is attached. Please keep both the Readers Choice Best Eye Doctor and Premier Eye logos. I’ve attached some examples of other stationary designs to give you some ideas of the style I like. Below are the changes needed 1. Delete “Certiﬁcate for a FREE eye exam!” and change it to “FREE NEW PATIENT EYE EXAM!” 2. Get rid of the Eye Exams, Vision Therapy, and Myopia Control icons 3. Delete the current picture. You may use a different picture or no picture at all 4. Change the fine print to *One free routine eye exam. Contact lens exam not included. Valid for new patients only. Can’t be combined with other promotions or insurance. Must present certificate to redeem. Can’t be replaced or applied to previous purchases. 5. We now have two locations.
