Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our mission is to take the negative stigma away from the phrase “Old and Washed Up”. We want to do this by growing a community around a picture of athletics and high level competition as not being the end goal, since all athletes have only a window of time to not be considered too old to do it. Our community will gravitate towards the “dirty work” of sports and life and promote sports and athletics as a means of pride in excelling in your life the way athletes or former athletes aim to excel in athletics. We want to connect generations of athletes to show that old is not old and new is not new. We will be the conduit for that conversation and all conversations that athletes of all ages can relate to and look to for inspiration, entertainment, and motivation during and long after their sports “career” has ended.
What we really want to say with the logo design particular is that though time “ages” the athlete in the physical sense, the athlete is an athlete for life. So “Old” and “Young” are the same though they look different on the surface. Both are still athletes for life just in different stages.

I really like the simplicity but can't draw anything from this about what this actually represents
I really like this design as it incorporates a bit of a story in the imagery and would translate well on different backgrounds. This is one of my favorites. The shadows and contrasting color of the words "Dreams" and "Lab" is a nice touch as well.
The texture added to the Words is great, as well as the color contrast. I also like that there isn’t a space between the words.
I like the simplicity of this design, not sure that it would transfer well to different backgrounds though. The simple faces are a nice touch.
I really like this design as it incorporates elements of the actual business or product in the imagery and would translate well on different backgrounds. This is one of my favorites.
