The icon is designed by combining three different shapes:

- Hourglass, since your app is about saving time;
- An icon of the human figure since you are providing personal assistants;
- A chain, since you are connecting people.

I picked a gradient color since it is a mobile application and it has to stand out in small scale among all the other apps.
