Sassy, simple & sweet — Perky Pineapple is the place to be! A really fun and cute project.

Background: Logo for a vacation rental home in Hutchinson Island, Florida called Perky Pineapple. Should “jump out” to prospective renters and memorable to past renters. Logo will serve as the rental home’s identity.

Originally, the client had envisioned a “flirty pineapple wearing a bikini with sunglasses and a cocktail,” and I did my best to deliver just that! 🍍 After I submitted my entry, the prompt was expanded to be broader and more general, so as to make room for concepts beyond the original.
Even though my design wasn’t chosen as the winner, I had a lot of fun with this idea regardless of the outcome. :) If I were to go back and revise this draft, I would think of ways to make the illustration/color palette more appealing to the designated age-group (40-70 years old).
