Although the process had a slow start, the designer did their best to correct the misunderstanding and has been very responsive. It is important to update this review because the designer has been fair and I want to encourage others to work with them because you will be listened to and have a successful collaboration. I give the designer 4 stars and hope that an honest review of the process will encourage others to work with this designer.
