I went with a more artistic version of a poster. You can sort of see a hint of a man (the painter) as a reflection on her glasses. Sort of like: "She has her sight set on him." I also figured it would be interesting to have her painting her lips with his paint brush, red the color of passion (and obsession).
No stock has been used here. This was done through mix-media of 3D and digital painting.
