gandhiff is a talented designer who produced an artistically appealing book jacket design, winning a 99designs contest in a large field. However, it took a lot of subsequent back and forth to get the design specc'ed properly to meet publishers' templates. I feel like he needs more experience in the norms and requirements of book publishing. No doubt he is an up and coming new talent with visual flair.
