I feel like this designer was able to get our vibe off the bat. They worked with every detail I entered which allowed us to make our decision pretty easily on which designer to go with. Our only issue was not knowing we were in different time zones until close to the end of the process. So we would get frustrated when we didn't hear back right away. But once we realized they were 10 hours ahead of us, it was bit easier to communicate. I would say going forward, this is an important thing to note from the beginning of the project. I wouldn't have switched designers but I would've planned my time differently to see when it was most convenient for us to work together. All in all, we were extremely happy with this service and Premankampung designs!
