Being my first time using the 99designs platform I was somewhat apprehensive and trying to find my way. The process of submitting work and reviewing work is time-consuming but worthwhile. At the end of the day, the more detailed the brief the better quality work you will get. smARTpencil was responsive to my requests from day one and although his computer experienced a failure and delayed the submission of his work he was great at manage timings and eventually submitting the work.
