TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• The Designer retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the Deliverables in my portfolios, websites and other media or exhibitions for the purpose of recognizing creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Deliverables in relation to such uses.

• The Client agrees that, in the event that a Project is canceled for any reason other than breach of the terms established by the Designer, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

• Should you require the project to remain fully private, additional fee will be charged.

• All artwork presented that is not selected as final can be used by the Designer as she wishes.
