Loved the design, it addressed exactly what we were looking for! Quality and file formats were perfect. The only issue we had is that anytime we provided any feedback, the designer withdrew all previous designs, so we didn't have the opportunity to compare all designs from all designers against each other to create our shortlist. We had to request that he re-submit a design that we had previously shortlisted and ultimately wanted to select as the winner. So advice to other people working with this designer is if you want to see more than one of his designs at a time, it's recommended that you specify that to him directly, otherwise it seems like his preference is to remove the design.
