Description of the product
As a company we manufacture professional spa treatments and have recently ventured into retail. We have ten core ranges (each with their own colour scheme) and for now, we're looking for a suitable (but vibrant) gender-neutral design for the boxes our body oils will go in. The market is filled with neutral, white or colour-free products, so we've gone with a colourful approach in order to stand out. We're keen to achieve any and every edge we can get when it comes to marketing. You will see from our website, the body oils have distinct colours. These follow through on all of the products in each range. We're very much open to suggestion for designs and wouldn't want to pigeon hole the design with too many pointers in the first stages. We have many products, with new formulas released all the time. We're hoping to establish a good relationship with a designer for future products.
Description of the product target audience
The target market is 'almost' entirely female for this particular range of products although we'd like to keep the designs 'fairly' gender neutral.
We anticipate the internal dimensions of the boxes to be 217mm x 54mm x 54mm (square base). The sleeve will fit around this. The product name and range it's part of should be clear on the front.
What to avoid
We have our reservations about using stock imagery. We would perhaps prefer a vector design. However, at this early stage we are still very much open to all ideas.
