Description of the product
Ever have a “gut-wrenching” experience? Or experience “butterflies” in your stomach? How about feeling queasy before a big presentation or performance? These are experiences each of us can identify with -- and that is because our brain has a direct affect on our gut and vice versa… In other words, the gut-brain connection is real! Given this close relationship, it becomes easier to understand why someone who is stressed out or experiencing anxiety might have GI issues and upset. Conversely, those who are experiencing issues with a GI imbalance may perceive pain or discomfort at a higher level because of how in tune the brain in with what’s happening in “its second brain” as the gut is now referred to. The bottom line is that in order to truly take your health, vitality and consciousness to the ultimate level, you need targeted support to create a harmonious atmosphere and relationship between the gut and the brain.
