Vie Naturelle offers health and beauty products containing mostly natural, more holistic type ingredients while still being able to deliver incredible long lasting results. This project is for an acne cream. The target audience for this specific product includes consumers (both sexes however females are a slightly larger segment, appx 60/40) that suffer with ongoing skin problems, have tried many of the main stream popular products on the market without much success. They may have heard about one of the essential oils contained in our acne cream and whether it be desperation or experimentation, they are willing to give it a try. The other target audience includes consumers who specifically seek out natural skin care products. They are aware of the benefits of essentials oils and probably have many different uses for them. What's your vision?
Overview: We are preparing to launch a new skin care product for acne treatment in the form of an acne cream. The cream will contain a variety of essential oils, all designed to promote healthy, smooth looking skin (i.e. tea tree oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, etc) while delivering a traditional well known, effective acne ingredient; Benzoyl Peroxide. Think natural ingredients with a punch! Job Details: This is a two part design project: the product packaging, and then the product label that will wrap around the jar. For the product label, we are looking for a simple and elegant design while still being able to communicate what the product is and what it can do by just looking at the product label. The product packaging will contain more text/graphics to better explain the feature and benefits of this product. Design Overview: The design is to be edgy, contemporary, modern. The use of rotated fonts, and clean, crisp lines is encouraged. You have complete freedom in many design elements. Including font selection, color, font orientation / rotation, background color (I would like some green in there but how much and where is up to you), rule lines, and logo design. Your art must fit within the die line of the label for the package and label size. For the FINAL deliverable: Please include PDF print ready files as well as the native art files in whatever program you use to create the art - InDesign, Illustrator, et cetera. A 100% scale isometric rendering of the art on the packaging and bottle. There should be 2 views - front and back. Vie Naturelle Logo: I've uploaded two examples of how out logo should appear on the packaging and product label. As you will see it's pretty simple. Feel free to change the look of it as you see fit while keeping the name and leaves somewhere in the logo.
What documents are attached? The Drug Facts are attached. These will need to go on both the packaging and the label. Logo examples: includes text and green leaf/leaves. Feel free to change font, placement of graphics, etc. Die Lines: For jar and packaging Jar Example: sample image of what jar looks like Bar Code: Only needed on packaging, not jar label. The text under the bar code and numbers are not needed on the packaging.
