We are looking for something that stays relatively simple, but also has a pop to it. It does not have to be overdone or flashy. Our brand image, and website (under construction) offer clean lines and a black and white theme. I will provide our existing logo for reference, however, our logo does not need to appear on the label. Possibly just the word "Pure" or jut the logo artwork, but this is also something we will ultimately leave to your creativity. We would like the front of the label to have a designated are for the product name and an area for a short description of the product (I will provide examples of both). The product volumes will vary, i.e 4 ounces, 8 ounces, etc., and we would like a designated area on the front of the label for this. The back of the label should be typical with an area for ingredients, I will provide examples for this information, but it will change for different products and we would only request a specific area for this information on the label. A short "Usage" area where we can provide product usage instruction. The Lush label photo provided is a good template to use for what we have in mind for our products. We will also offer several essential oils and additives that will be mixed in with the products we offer so that our clients can customize their items. We will need the back of the label to include a small area labeled "Essential Oil(s)" for us to write in the essential oil name chosen. Also, a small area that will be labeled "Supplements" to write in additives chosen by clients. We have played around with the idea of having two small empty white boxes for this information, but ultimately we will leave this up to your creativity as well.
What to avoid
The 4 ounce jar has a listed label panel of 39 mm x 219 mm (1.54" x 8.62"), the 4 ounce bottle has a listed label panel of 46 mm x 148 mm (1.81" x 5.83") , the 8 ounce bottle has a listed label panel of 69 mm x 179 mm (2.72" x 7.05"), the 16 ounce bottle has a listed label panel of 88 mm x 225 mm (3.46" x 8.86")
