Honey from Kangra valley

100% Pure, Raw, unpasteurised honey from Kangra district in the Himalayan foothills. Collected from hundreds of medicinal and fruiting trees and shrubs. Honey has a fragrant smell and documented health benefits. minimally filtered with muslin cloth, no processing, preservatives or Antibiotics. Depending on where the bee collects it's nectar, gives it a characteristic flavour. The three types of honey we carry are: Curry Patta Honey : Honey collected from the flowers of the Curry Patta tree. Litchi Honey: Nectar is gathered primarily from Litchi orchards. In addition to Litchi the bees also gather honey and pollen from wild flowers and other native trees. Mustard flower honey: Bees collect Nectar from mustard fields. This is a thick viscous coagulating honey low in sucrose with medicinal properties and is largely exported. Just submit a design for the Curry Patta Honey. Other options can be created at a later time by a one on one contract with the winning designer.
