Need artwork for a jazz/ electronica record released on US label.

I am a professional pianist, about to release my second record on a US label for which I need artwork.

I need to have artwork designed for my 2nd record, which will be released worldwide on a US label. The format will be a 4 PANEL DIGIPACK. The record is a crossover between contemporary jazz, pop/ electronica, and movie soundtrack. It is very cinematic, melodic and pretty dark. I am looking for artwork that reflects this music, you can check out excerpts of my record at: http://soundcloud.com/ppkhn/sets/the-calling-1/ Ideally I wouldn't be putting pictures of myself on the cover as it is very explicit, but I have to anyway (please see pics attached- note: those pics are not in full res. yet), in order to comply with the label requirements. I am looking for a cover that is elegant, distinct and powerful. For references, I love all Radiohead covers (esp. OK Computer, Amnesiac) but also Seal covers for instance (simple, strong and leaves room for thoughts...). I am very excited to see what you come up with!..
