We are looking for a promotional of a set of resources called: Nutrition to Go! (should be the title of the document). The Nutrition to Go! Displays are 15-minute lessons that address a variety of nutrition or physical activity concepts (topics listed on a attached paper "Nutrition to Go Doc."). They are designed to help adults and families make simple changes in food choices, increase physical activity, or manage limited food resources. Information is written at a basic reading level and reflects the realities of living within the constraints of limited resources.
The displays are targeted towards adults and families of low-income. If photos are used diversity should be considered (photos are not required but, this is just mentioned in case they are used). The displays are designed for a low-income audience, but the promotional is given to stakeholders thus the language and the design should not be overly complicated nor too simplistic.
The attached word document has all of the text that can be segmented into different sections included the main text, quotes, etc.
The contact info should have an editable field in the PDF for educators to insert their contact information. A sample promotional from another curriculum (1-2-3 Feed Me) is attached in case this terminology is not universal to see what this means.
Two logos need to be included FSNE and UME in addition to the funding and AA statement. Logos and statement should go on the bottom (included in one image).
In terms of design, we are looking for something that illustrates nutrition that you can use in daily life. Nutrition 2 Go! is often used at health fairs, community centers, and schools to provide valuable and impressionable nutrition information from displays in a short period of time. They are designed to deliver important and engaging information in a quick and easy way.
