Our office is a facial plastic surgery practice and a med spa in St. Louis, MO. This project will primarily be used to showcase before and after pictures of our surgical patients. Our audience is men and women, 18-70 who are interested in having facial plastic surgery.

We are looking for someone to design a template to showcase our before and after pictures of our surgical patients on a tablet/photo kiosk in our office. We need a template to insert 2 photos into, that also showcases our logo, our website (nayakplasticsurgery.com) and has room for a description of the procedure(s) performed. We will need the source file afterwards so that we can reuse the template for every set of pictures and edit the descriptions. The file type would be best as a layered .psd or something compatible with that. The display's aspect ratio is 4500x3000. We are looking for something professional and clean that really highlights or emphasizes the before and after pictures. Please make sure both images are the same size, the before and after images need to be the same size to showcase the changes accurately. Also, please leave the background of the before and after images untouched as this is too much manipulation for us to do with every set of photos used. **We need to be able to edit the procedures that were performed & the set of photos being used in each template**

I included a very basic example of what we are looking for. We are just hoping for something more professional and sleek.
