Games & Recreational
Funomancer is a video game development company. It will primarily make video games in three spaces: action, role playing, and strategy. Primary platforms will be consoles and PCs.
I'm looking for a very simple logo that can be easily used as a base for future variations. I'm not married to any specific ideas right now, but I'm thinking that a single color minimalist logo might be sufficient for this. It would be easy to print in black and white and would look good on screen against most solid backgrounds by merely changing the color of the logo. It could even look good on disruptive backgrounds by adding a thin border. What I'm ultimately looking for now is just the base logo design that would be the standard logo for my company. I would like to be able to modify the logo to make it feel like it's a part of any given video game we release. For instance, if we release a tank game, we might want to make the logo look like it's made with steel and rivets. If we release a game about dinosaurs, we might want to give it a dinosaur skin look. In some cases, the company name might appear above, below, or beside the logo. I'm not looking for a logo that incorporates the company name but if it happens to look really good, I wont rule it out. UPDATE: I've gotten a lot of designs based on the company name and especially the first letter of the company name. Please, no new designs based on those things. I'd like to see some designs that have nothing to do with those. I'm looking for something generally playful, fun, and eye catching.
