xflpress got their new logo design by running a design contest:
NEED SPORTS LOGO! Need a logo for a sports blog covering the XFL Football League
Check out xflpress's Logo design contest…
This is an (in-progress) sports blog. We will be covering (exculsively) the alternate (American) football league, the XFL. The site will be mostly articles, blogs, photos, videos surrounding the sport. The target audience would be mostly males, 16-50+. The fan base is generally young adult males.
I have attached a photo of the official logo for the sports league (XFL) that we will be covering. I don’t want to logo to look the same or too close to their logo, but it’s a good reference point. I would prefer their color scheme (that red and blue and maybe a third color). A large X in the logo somewhere would be interesting as well but am open to artists suggestions. Looking for something that will catch someone’s eye on twitter or other social media platforms.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at €269.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
xflpress collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
