We serve a range of businesses, from small independents all the way up to Fortune 500 Companies. Our main focus within those organizations? The manager. When it's all said and done, it's the manager whom we serve.
We play in the corporate space, but we do not want to be perceived as a typical corporate training organization. We want to play up the fact that our approach is rather distinct.
We no longer want to lead with "TMBC" in our branding. Our company name is The Marcus Buckingham Company, and we want that reflected in our logo more effectively along with a distinct new icon.
We would really like to establish a simple, effective icon that implies and communicates what we do. We'd like this new icon to be able to work with our without the word mark.
