Logo that incorporates a real life icon

Security and Life Safety systems consulting. These include video, intrusion alarms, emergency call boxes, gates, card access, etc.
In the attached sketch are rough ideas of mine. The tower represents a real life tower called Castle Craig from Hubbard Park in my hometown of Meriden, CT. I can't draw, but would like a real likeness of Castle Craig as the primary part of the logo - minus the top safety railings that you will see in pictures of the real Castle Craig. I prefer to have the whole name "The Shawshank Group" but as seen in the bottom left of the sketches, I am open to using the initials as an option as well. Since the majority of our work is in consulting, I wish to subtly imply security while paying respect to my hometown's icon. I believe the solo tower, standing strong and silent represents us best to our clients. I do not have any fonts or colors in mind. The final product should look as good in black & white as well as color.
