We assists families and their loved ones plan for rhe costs of long term care and nursing homes. The end users of our legal services are family members who have elder members of the family who need long term care either in the home, in an assisted living facility, or in a skilled care nursing home. A secondary target audience is the case workers at assisted living facilities and skilled nursing homes who refer their residents families to elder law attorneys; and discharge nurses at hospitals who assist families of patients being discharged from the hospital for rehab in a skilled nursing home.
