SHARE is an association of (primarily public) libraries who collaborate to offer members of the public a single unified library catalog. SHARE member institutions "share" resources, distribute costs, and pool purchasing power. Our online library catalog connects citizens with a life-enriching blend of ebooks, audiobooks, traditional materials, and other educational content.

We're looking for a clean, fresh, logo with inviting color and good contrast. Though we chose "pictorial marks" and "abstract marks" as the type of logo we're going for, our minds are open to "word marks" as well. If you go for a pictoral or abstract mark image, please see the note on imagery below.
A NOTE ON IMAGERY:
We would like to avoid overdoing "traditional" library imagery (such as the physical book) as the main focus of a logo. We would instead like to encourage imagery that conjures the notion of modern libraries as places offering ebooks, access to broadband, social engagement, and ubiquitous knowledge.
THANKS for giving this a shot!! Your work will help us in our ongoing transformation!
