Melbalarue got their new logo design by running a design contest:

Attorney & Law
Loeffler Law Group is a real estate law firm in Seattle with over 20 years experience that emphasizes landlord-tenant relations, so evictions, leases, litigation, etc. We primarily serve large commercial property owners and tenants, but we have small mom & pop type clients, too.
Logo types to explore
The idea of incorporating a subtle, stylized graphic effect that alludes to commercial buildings appeals to us, especially as it relates to the double Ls in our company name. We would like to see b&w and color designs, and the final design needs to look well with and without the "Real Estate" included. We have included a very rough sketch as a jumping off point.
