Animal & Pet
We create innovative and high-end pet care products. We are targeting bird, dog, cat, fish, guinea pig, turtle, reptile, and hamster owners. Our products will be sold at pet stores as well as online.
Logo types to explore
We like the attached example logo and would like to base our logo on the idea of a ribbon to convey the high-end nature of our products. We need modifications and would like to see three different iterations of it experimented with. Five modifications common to all three iterations are : a) remove the stars to de-clutter it b) make the scalloped edges perfect/symmetrical so it is cleaner to the eye c) add additional pets (a bird and gecko in addition to the dog and cat) d) add two ribbon pieces to the bottom hanging down - not whole ribbons just two bottom pieces hanging down (see the attached document ribbons.jpg for style examples of these bottom hanging pieces) e) a different color used, we are not a fan of the teal. The animals can either stay rotated or made to line up horizontally. We like the shades of colors used in colors.jpg attached in the sample logo section. We are also open to brand new ideas if they reflect the award-winning feel we are looking for. Here are descriptions of the three iterations we would like to see: 1) Make the center/horizontal ribbon thicker and put the four animals in there. The petshop text should be made larger and a cleaner font used for the text "NanoPet". 2) Larger center/horizontal ribbon and NanoPet put where the slogan is using a similar clean text. The four animals to take up the empty space above the ribbon. 3) Remove center/horizontal ribbon altogether. NanoPet (using a clean text) and the four animals to fill up the space.

Amazing designer! I organised Gold Competition and she was the ONLY designer that stood out after approx. 150 entries! Head and shoulders above the rest. Always does what she says she will. Couldn't be happier. Can't sing her praises enough!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
