Who are you known as?
Get Rx'd (pronounced "Get Are-Exed", meaning Get Prescribed). In Crossfit training methodology, you are "prescribed (Rx'd)" a weight to do in the workout. The top athletes can do the prescribed weight in a short duration of time and it's common terminology to say that that specific workout was "Rx'd". Pronounced are-exed, but meaning prescribed.

Target Audience: Men and Women 23-35 year olds. All Crossfitters (ppl who exercise the Crossfit methodology). They have likely been a trainer in a Crossfit Gym for a few years now. They are possibly looking to open up their own Crossfit Gym.
These people are outgoing/social, super competitive, driven, hard-workers, down to earth, have the body of greek gods, enjoy trying new sports/activities. community is a big word to them. Crossfit gyms are VERY community/family-oriented. MMA fighters are probably very similar to Crossfitters - a lot of them DO crossfit actually.
They are interested in: fitness, sports, staying active, good causes for the military (such as wounded warriors), nutrition.
