Jashar submitted a fantastic initial design and then was super helpful submitted additional designs and variations when we gave feedback. Great instincts, damn good designer for what we needed, collaborative, and very good to work with. We hope to use him more in the future.

Your shampoo should be in a bar. Like you.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Grown-Ass Man Co. sells men's personal care products (shampoos, soaps, etc.) to men who like all the cool products being made for women ... but don't want to buy a women's soap or shampoo. Like our audience, we're looking for a brand that is bold and straightforward and confident. Over-confident, likely. Slightly ridiculous? Probably really ridiculous. We'll lead with our own big strong chin and completely own being ridiculous as a brand. (But a ridiculous brand that makes really good products.)

We're going to be in a crowded category, and we're looking for a brand design that is loud and gets attention and has a sense of humor about itself. We don't have an icon, but a we could, if the idea was right. We will launch with three scents (tentatively titles "Wake Up For Work," "Chill Out You've Earned It," and "Game Time," and once we have a logo we'll proceed to packaging design with a designer and want to work through how to incorporate the different scent varieties.
