Give Williamsburg Academy a killer logo!

Williamsburg is a private online school with students across the United States.
Logo types to explore
Our school marries the humanities, technology, and leadership and we'd like a logo that illustrates that. We want this logo to be something students will love and think is cool, not something designed by and for administrators. The themes we really like for the mark are the HAND, FOOT, and CIRCLE. HAND: we like the humanity of a playful, youthful hand. We also want it to say leadership, so the hand could be reaching out, or giving, or just showing care. See Simple hand attachment. We like how the palm kind of looks like the earth, it ties in humanity and learning about the earth. FOOT: we like the humanity and leadership/direction of a foot. and we love the simplicity. See Simple foot. CIRCLE: we like various iterations of the circle, including the earth. The circle could incorporate a W, or it could incorporate a hand, foot, earth, etc. COLORS: we like the bold colors in examples 1 and 2, attached. FONTS: don't be afraid to get funky/playful/retro. WOULD LIKE THE LOGO TO WORK IN COLOR OR B&W VERSIONS. THE MARK MUST BE BOLD ENOUGH TO STAND ALONE. THE LOGO MUST BE RECOGNIZABLE AS SMALL AS 0.5 X 0.5 INCH.
