Outstanding Designer. Was able to quickly translate our brief in to multiple artistic designs and was extremely responsive in producing revisions with every suggestion or request during the competition. We would be thrilled to work with this Designer again.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My name is Ryan Basham. I'm a baseball instructor and coach. I work with baseball (and softball) players from age 6 up to the college level. I provide one-on-one private lessons (mainly hitting lessons), group classes, camps and clinics, and also work with teams and design and run their practices. I've rented space at other facilities in the past, but recently purchased a property of my own to use for my private lesson clients and small group classes. I'll still travel to other facilities and locations occasionally to work with other teams and organizations. This logo is for my building, but also for my business as a whole. My target audience are parents of baseball and softball players, and the baseball and softball players themselves. Most of my clientele are relatively high income earning households.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I think neutrals look good. But also would be nice to have subtle use of Michigan State Green, which would be Pantone 567

Simple, clean and original.
I like modern looking, clean designs. There are a couple pictures attached of baseball instructors' logos that I like. But I'd like a more original look if possible. Something closer to the examples that I picked in the "design inspirations" section. Overall I think I'm looking for simplicity & subtlety, with a personal touch. I'll be using this logo at my new building, on my website, social media and on videos and pictures. I played baseball at Michigan State University, and live in a town whose high school has dark green colors in their mascot. So Michigan State (PMS 567) green may be one option for color choice. I like subtle use of color. I think neutrals also look good and clean. I'm open to any and all ideas. I have long-standing relationships with most of my clients, so it would be nice for the logo to have a personal touch. I was a left handed hitter, and was primarily known for my ability as a hitter. Also to get to know me better, attached are images of myself working as an instructor, and images of me during my playing days. The indoor space with green turf, and the building is my little facility. The winning logo will go right on the side of the building!
