Design a modern relatable logo for an Atlanta based real estate company

I am a real estate agent, consulting both Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. I work with everyday clients in median priced households, but not quite luxury.

Focus on blue or green. Looking for a muted version of the color.

------ UPDATED 12/23------ The logo design should focus on my name. The monogram is not as important and would be used separately from the logo. DO: - Use large, bold san serif font - Use Stacy Bucek design as a guide only. - Add some creativity. Can be subtle. Does not have to be directly related to housing. Can just be a shape or small element to enhance (but not dominate) the name. - Play with ligature or kerning to make letters fit or make styling unique - Use a font like Geomanist by Atipo (https://www.atipofoundry.com/fonts/geomanist) or something similar DON'T: - Copy Stacy Bucek logo. I do not want a bird or a serif font. - Add a generic looking image (house, door, etc) ---------- OLD BRIEF-------- The logo is simply my name Ramon Purifoy. Looking for a modern professional type design. I am open to shapes or other assets that compliment the logo or an interesting play on the lettering (negative space, etc.). My goal is to portray trust and relatability. A company that is professional enough to handle a million dollar sale, with a personality that can hold a general conversation and someone who is approachable and clients can get to know. I plan to operate predominately around the Atlanta Beltline (beltline.org). I will use this logo predominately online (YouTube, Instagram, email newsletters) as well as on business cards and possibly on clothing (T-shirt or jacket). I do lean more towards a single case sizing (all uppercase or all lowercase). I would also like to have some type on smaller form logo (like a monogram or something similar) that could be used in profile circles for brand identity. A single main color is fine, but would like to have a companion accent color (open to same color at different hue or completely different color). Logo will be used on both dark and light backgrounds. No generic images of homes. Attached are logos that I like.
