I am a massage therapist, specializing in stress relief. But not in a traditional 'relaxing' zen kind of way. I focus on helping people quiet their overreactive nervous systems so they can be more productive and less pissy with family & coworkers. I've included an image of my favorite piece of art in the office. I'm thinking I would like to see something with dark charcoal grays and a pop of yellow or orange. They simple yellow circle is sticking with me. But I'm open. This is NOT a zen-y, massage-y, spa-y kind of place. That is not how I work, and not the image I want to portray. My massage is relaxing, but also practical, part of a regular health routine, just like working out and brushing one's teeth. My clients are 65% male, lots of business owners, and parents of school aged kids.
