About us
Projet de refonte des flux logistiques du site. Le projet a pour but de recentrer la logistique sur son cœur de métier qui est de mettre à disposition de la production les produits et consommables dans un environnement qui prône la fluidité d'écoulement des flux, la sécurité et la performance. Deux axes de concept ont été mis en évidence à ce jour, à savoir la centralisation des espaces logistiques au sein du magasin central (de ce fait libération d'espaces utilisés actuellement) ainsi que la mise en place de voies de circulation indépendantes. Le magasin est dit "central" par sa position géographique, il est au milieu de 4 unités de production.
