I have nothing but great things to say about this designer. They have been nothing short of amazing. Not only was the logo EXACTLY the perfect design, but they were super patient with me. I had a lot of requests, and each time they said "no problem" and had it done and sent. Very easy to work with this designer, and super thankful that they excepted my invitation to my contest. Special thanks to this designer, and I'll be back in touch when and if other needs arise!
How mirandaspessard started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Erich Spessard for Common Pleas Judge
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Erich Spessard is running for Common Pleas Judge in Clarion County, Pennsylvania. He is a Democrat but will be cross-filing in the primary (he'll be on both the Republican and Democratic ticket). As such, the logo needs to be somewhat party neutral and needs to appeal to a broad range of voters in rural PA.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We want to avoid the generic red, white, and blue, and were thinking of navy blue and green. We want the logo to be modern and fresh since Erich is a fairly young candidate. The logo needs to be easily legible and work well on everything from the website to yard signs. We typically prefer the scales of justice to a gavel if an image is to be used, but are open to your creative choices. An image of a super rough idea sketch is uploaded.
For more information on the campaign and things that stand out about our area- this race is for a county-wide judge position (Clarion County, Pennsylvania). The seat of Clarion County is the town of Clarion, which is a small, quaint college town. The county is fairly rural and rich in natural resources. We have access to several rivers (great for boating, fishing, canoeing), we have a beautiful state park with an old growth forest, and we have numerous hiking/biking trails. The area has an aging population outside of the university, and we are hoping we can spin this campaign as a new, young, energetic leader to bring a fresh perspective to our region.
