We help people who have been doing CrossFit in a group setting for 2+ years get out of pain through individualized corrective action programming and coaching. These people are "average joes" within a crossfit gym (not the professionals you see on ESPN and instagram). They have been crossfitting casually for 2+ years and have some limitations, injuries or pain that's keeping them from being able to do the classes as written.
