Hearoes is an auditory training app for those with hearing loss to empower their hearing. It uses gamification activities to create fun and engaging learning, but still able to be taken seriously with actionable outcomes to make understanding and re-learning sound less of a chore. Our demographic is 15- 40 year olds with hearing loss, as well as audiologist and others in the industry around the world. Therefore aimed to be marketed as a clean, approachable/accessible, simplified/minimal, and the modern, digital and dynamic notion to receive ongoing support with hearing loss. Essentially to create authority as a trusted brand as a platform for recipients and audiologist. It's a similar notion to a brain training app, however focusing on hearing loss.
Cultural Place - It lives as daily app users can access easily, and establishes on-going trust within the industry and the recipient. It's there when you need support with hearing loss.
Symbology - Don't have many key symbols at this stage, however, leaning towards hearing symbols and trusty blue.
Personality - It would be clean, approachable, fun but serious, innovative.
The tone of Voice - it would speak to the audience as clean, strong, confident, substance, energy, and anticipation as well as innovative bold.
The personality archetype would primarily be the Magician (from feeling lost to enlightenment), however other archetypes which could be involved are the caregiver (service or support), creator (innovative) ruler (control, authority).
