I do like glossy / metallic features of logos. I'm looking for a big capital letter "A" as the focus of the logo, sort of a Roman Alphabet type. It would convey luxury, confidence, and classiness. I also envision a vine with leaves winding up one leg of the letter, and perhaps draping across the horizontal bar of the "A" to the upper opposite side (like a toga would drape from one shoulder to the opposite waist). The color of the letter would perhaps be a gradient of green shades with a sliver of blue, while the vine would be the color of gold (or vice-versa in color, i.e. gold letter / green vine). The letter would be standing on or over or in water (perhaps slightly submerged, or surrounded by flowing water) of a light blue to sky blue colors, with a ripples being created. Under the entire logo would be the company name (of the same color as the Logo (with a gradient of two colors), and under the company name would be a tag line - "Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics". I've included examples of files that illustrate the colors I'm talking about; e.g. Gold (Metallic Shimmer), Blue and Green gradients, water (ripples, flowing, ...etc), and a sketch of what the logo might start off like.
