The first image provided is a VERY rough conceptual idea for the logo just to communicate the basic things we are looking for. We would like there to be two parents in the logo on either of side of their child. We would like both the parents and child to be androgynous. We want them to be very simple not having any facial features much like in the first and third picture provided picture. We want them to all be embracing, holding hands resting their hands on the child or something similar. We would also like the rings in the third picture to be possibly incorporated into the design. They're not necessary, it's up to the designer. They represent a pre-existing portion of the business and we would like the new logo to incorporate all these parts of the business. We would like there to be a roof over all the heads of the parents and child. The space that is filled in green in the first provided picture does not necessarily need to be filled, it is more of a way to communicate the idea of a home to the designers. The text for "dr. angie's place" should be fun but not childish and we like the idea that it is all in lowercase.
