Joysticky aims to help retailers take control of customer retention in a fun and meaningful way.
Similar to DIY website design services like Squarespace and Wix, Joysticky offers an intuitive self-serve platform for retailers to create and manage their own branded mobile games using drag and drop tools (no programming required).
A key feature of the platform enables retailers to incentivize their audience with monetary rewards for in-game activity. For example, if the retailer’s goal is to drive online sales, they could offer a $10 promo code for every 10,000 points the player racks up. If the goal is more philanthropic, the retailer could also offer to donate X value to a cause for every $ in rewards that the player earns.
Games will be browser-based (compatible on any device), making it easy for retailers to market to its audience (no download required). For example, ABC Widgets could tweet the launch of http://www.abcwidgets.com/game, email its subscriber list, and post a banner ad on it’s website. Anyone with Internet access could click to start playing immediately, and save game progress (including earned rewards) via social media login or email account.
