Thank you for your great design and nice communication. It was great to work with you !
Worked quickly and great result
Very open to comments and suggestions, but also gave reasons why something should not be changed. Very quick response, despite the time difference. I think this designer has a great future. Easy to work with and very talented.

First I would like to thank you all for your hard work! After speaking to many colleagues, friends and family members I have decided that I need to go in a softer more feminine direction. Originally I did post some sample logos that were similar to this direction, but I was pushing everyone towards a more modern and bold approach.
After seeing some of your great designs, I've realized that I do want to soften it up a bit and go for a more Bohemian beach look. I have attached some photos that represent this look, and you are welcome to google "Bohemian beach" to get an idea of what else is out there.
The most important aspect is that this is feminine, a little alternative, and has a symbol that I can use separately from the wording. I very much like Native American symbols, which is also a good thing to Google for ideas. I think the colors should be softer, more pastel, and I do like the idea of a gradient type background, similar to the colors of the sunset or whatever your take is on it. Thanks again and feel free to ask me whatever you like!

I do not like the brand identity of most tanning places. Beaches, girls in bikinis and tan lines as branding are tacky and unnattractive to me. I also do not want hearts incorporated into the logo unless it is really modern and unique like sample logos included. For "Sweetheart" inspiration, since its hard to translate the word "sweet" to a modern idea the plan I have in the future is to do an animation of a badass girl telling a guy on the street that in spite of his catcalls, she's not his "sweetheart." She is going to be sexy and herself in spite of guys who want to put her in the sweetheart box. Unfortunately Ive had my business name for years, and as an established business, stuck with it.
Do not want anything cutesy or too juvenile.
