I am a coach (mental and physical) and my offerings are mostly coachings and a free podcast. My approach is very holistic since I think that you do not only get healthy by for instance eating cale and broccoli, but that the key are your healthy thoughts towards yourself and everyone around you, fulfilling relationships and career, a spiritual practice and mindfulness in everything you do. Essentially it's about love. We all need more love. That's why I figured out the name "Vitamin L" which will also be the name of my podcast. Vitamin L stands for Vitamin Love. About the targetgroup: Actually there isn't really THE one target group since everyone can need more love in his/ her life, but I guess I will focus more on women, mainly women from 25-55. I had to choose a branch and I chose wellness and beauty because there wasn't really a fitting one, but it isn't really about external but more internal beauty.

I actually have a pretty defined picture of my logo already in mind. The logo is round. In the center I see a tree, the tree of life. The tree is either golden or mint green. But that is not an absolut must. Actually most colors should be more pastel shades such as mint green, sky blue, lemon yellow, lavender and rosé. And I shouldn't forget to mention that I LOVE everything that glitters and sparkles. So with the tree of life at the center, around I picture the galaxy which brings in the bluish, pinkish shades. If you ask yourself how galaxy and tree fit together, here comes the explanation: The logo is supposed to mirror two things: With the tree on the one hand illustrating the secular/wordly part of life, being grounded, the bonds we have, the physical side, the "external" world. On the other hand with the galaxy in the background the otherworldly, the spiritual side of things and the unlimited, endless, infinite universe and spirit. The inner world kind of. But both parts need to be connected. It doesn't work with either or, in order to live a balanced, fulfilled life with love, you need to have both connected and in balance. Similar to Helvetica light or Myriad pro light or something like that. Could also be romantic, fairytale like, which I like very much in general too.
