Kate ODonnell got their new logo design by running a design contest:
ARIAS·U.S. Logo Redesign - Creating a logo that is modern, mature, serious and classic

Attorney & Law
ARIAS·U.S. is a not-for-profit corporation that promotes improvement of the insurance and reinsurance arbitration process for the international and domestic markets. ARIAS·U.S. provides initial training, continuing in-depth conferences and workshops to lawyers, experts and company representatives.
ARIAS·U.S. is rebranding logo. The look should be simple, modern, classic and serious. The redesign should be completely different from the original and should embody what ARIAS·U.S. is about from all angles. We are looking for something a little abstract and out of the box. No use of columns is preferred. Evolving the old logo without necessarily using a graphic or combining both a graphic and the acronym. Looking forward to seeing your vision!
